We have already contacted UGO about this on a couple occasions. Given the state of the advertising market today, they probably have no choice but to carry it from time to time.

There is nothing more we can do with it. I personally have no problems with it loading. All we can recommend is that you run the latest version of your preferred browser and ensure that you have all the necessary plug-ins and that they are up-to-date.

OK I was joking about that one

but if you change that title to e bay pop up ad and it is true.

This is seriously screwing up my browswer. I hit the tab key to go between fields of my reply window. but behold, a pop up add comes up. so the tab key for some reason takes me back 3 pages on my browser window

Apolyton is very near unworkable for me now. I already have little time to post and browse through the site. I can only post 4 days a week. I don't have time for this crap.

It's the state of the industry today -- there is nothing we can say or do. UGO needs to fill up their ad spots, and if this is how they have to do it then that it was they will do. Those ads are better than no ads at all in the sense that, without them, things could be a lot worse off.

Undoubtedly this period of pop-up ads will pass after eBay's ad campaign with UGO expires... this has been the case in the past.

As an epileptic myself I'd be grateful if you stuck to complaining about an Ad rather than suggesting that, sickening though it may be, it should be light-heartedly considered a danger to public health.
