Who wants some well-developed Uni locations?

Turn is 2127, Screenie in the thread.

Testolossa-0:
University is in a comfortable lead.
It is around 2120. Environmental Economics / Industrial Automation / Nonlinear Math have all been discovered as a result of tech trades starting from turn 2101.
You owe the other players any EXPLORE, DISCOVER and BUILD techs that you have.
You're also permipacted with the PeaceKeepers.

On a related note, LioaG and ytyke PBEMs will feature bases being turned over to the AI and the Headquarters eliminated.

I'm booting myself out of all PBEMs except the ACDG -
no cheating has occured in that game.

I've been cheating, because I thought I would get floored by the vets if I didn't.
Seeing as I'm not too bad, I'll stop the cheating and see how well I go without it.

This, of course, does not reverse cheating in previous PBEMs so I'm removing myself from them.

I can't prove that until I cut the cheating bullshit and play some clean games.
I -do- intend to prove that.

While Uni's going back in a week and I don't have time to play any more PBEMs,
There's an ACDG going down. A game where everyone watches what you're doing, and judges you for it,
and I'm going to make them watch a 100% Legit 133.7% Whoop ass game, then have them judge me as the best damn thing to hit the PBEM market since Codicil!

The warmup is over, and the trainers are off.
Talk is cheap. Show me the games.
I expect you all to be watching me from now on.
So you can tell whether I'm a cheating coward, or an invincible juggernaut of turnplaying greatness!

The main problem will be convincing people that I've cast off the trainers.
People seem to hold the opinion that I can kick ass without them. (Why, when none of my PBEMs have gone past 2130 am I suddenly a vet?)
I am of the opinion that winning is too easy with exploits.
I want this game to be a challenge, not a cake walk.

This will probably get me a trout slap, but I requested a replay of the first ACDG turn since I thought the Ogre would make it too easy.

Hmmm... it's still going to be too easy.
Maybe we should let the other teams use exploits?

People, please keep in mind that most likely Enigma_Nova's "Okay from now I'll play fair" attitude is simply another of his tricks which he used before by the way. I hope you won't all be fooled once again... Though I expect you will.

I have no idea which specific exploits Enigma has discovered here, but somehow, I have the feeling that I should be adding him to the list of players who know how to do the undetectable reload without error, yes?

I've just seen a description of it. Quite a different method to the one I was referring to. Both are outright cheating, but this one actually required a lot of effort on his part from what I hear. Developing a *hack* for the game? Oo

Well it's Kody's baby, Codicil, I think you refer to. He's nicely kept it to the big-name CMNs from what I can tell. Personally I don't think knowing how to cheat is very telling of one's character. It's what one does with that knowledge, eh? I believe Googlie has a copy of Codicil for CMNs. Looks like a nice tool.

Yeah - the version that I have is a great CMN tool. Lets me go into an AI faction midgame and for a turn tweak it's production, SE choices, etc etc (not the scenario editor stuff - the actual gameplay stuff for 1 turn)

And, if I know the passwords, I can change a player's password so that if a replacement player comes along he/she can use their favorite password in a taken-over game

Kody has further refined his work to be able to enter any player's turn in a game without knowing the relevant passwords, but we CMN's don't see the need for us to know this (unless in those rare occassions where we have totally lost passwords and need to rescue a stalled game - in those instances we'd prolly shunt the .sav to Kody to doctor so as to avoid his "fix" becoming widespreadly known)
