no... none that i know of. and no one else is at war against you??? which ones disappered? where were they? the only ones i saw were the 4 on the mountain, 3 tiles away from knossos, now near sparta and the hoplite in corinth. and i didn't attack either of those.

havn't seen any battles. but if you want, i can replay 230bc - as long as you do the same movements, because:

i captured sparta!

as i've seen in our 1on1s, you tend to keep you behind towns less defended. and i presumed the 2 hoplites and 2 swordsmen were reinforcements coming from sparta.

so i took a shot at attacking it (from behind) and got it with my AC army.
also took out a worker of yours...


so check out this save i sent you and if the units are still gone (no disbanding? no selling?), then i'll replay 230ad...

but from the view of the "825bc", i looks as if you might confuse it with 6p2

killed your hoplite, but stuffered heavy damages --> retreated

i didn't even try to defend sparta --> toasted

army (9HP) vs. reg hoplite: wins, 6 HP left
army (10HP) vs. vet sword: wins, 7 HP left
reg spearman (!!) vs. sword: wins, 2 HP left, promotes

i was lucky with the last one. i just wanted to wound the sword so i could saftely take you out with an army. but it worked like this too
you were lucky that persian are blocking my way otherwise you would have been completely slaughtered with nearly fresh armies
