It was a fine, sunny day, and coinciding with farmer McGhregory down the street's invention of the "flying pig", I had made a good post. To applaud my post, Apocalypse posted thusly.
quote: mrmitchell |
DRoseDARS, having nothing to add to this fine phrase, posted:

So far, all was good and well. Seeing these and thinking I could derive my own humor from this, I placed these two lines at the end of my signature:
quote: "mrmitchell " - Apocalypse
"quote: Originally posted by Apocalypse mrmitchell | " - DRoseDARs |
The humor was lost, however, when the tags formatted properly, thus placing a full quote-box in my signature. This was a rather ghastly display, and I removed it immediately by purposefully misspelling "quote." I do sincerely believe that this is a mistake, and that quote tags are not supposed to render in signatures.
Am I correct? Will the error be corrected?
