I don't think he can. Ming has admin status, but I don't know if MtG has that. So his powers are limited to the OT.

Yes, Ming has admin powers. He needs those powers in order to be able to ban people. I don't know if MLeonard and MtG also have those powers or if Ming is the only OT moderator who can actually ban people.

Mleonard also has admin privileges, and I'd be surprised if they wouldn't give them to mtg, who's also going to need the extra power if he is to do a good job as moderator.

Just to make ONE THING perfectly clear. While mods are sometimes given admin access to certain features to help do their jobs, we whould NEVER be confused as administrators of this site. We all help as much we can in doing the little things to allow the REAL Admins to do the important things
