This version is now nearly 2 years old, there are many security issues with this version... why don't you update... if anyone knows as much as me about UBB's and I guess there are a lot of people out there this board could easily be hacked.
I suggest getting v. 6.0

Actually, "version 5.44a" is not quite accurate. Markos has made a number of tweaks to this version since we originally acquired it and to upgrade to the next version would result in most of these tweaks being inactive or choose to malfunction -- in some instances, they would not be able to be re-instated as such. We have learned from past events of previous upgrades where this has been the case... a lesson that had to be learned the hard way, but it was indeed learned.
In other words, "version 5.44a" should not be taken at 'face' value.
