	Communication Trap Support Apolyton, buy Alpha Centauri

I got contacted by Marr while we had a Vendetta saying that he was about to retake one of his bases, but I could give it to him and make peace, thinking I probly couldn't defend it as my concuring ships moved on I thought I'd check out what kind of ship he had near it (he's threatend to retake bases with non-combat units before so there may not of been a threat.) So I click the profile button, switch to the F4 base screen, and double click on the threatend base. The base screen shows no enemy units in the base grid so I click close, but it doesn't work, nothing above the rename and close buttons work, nor due any of the hot keys for those functions, I can still do things like change citizens between workers and doctors and switch the base I'm viewing, but nothing fixes it. Has anyone else encountered this problem before? Is there a way to fix it?

I think when I first got SMAC I had a problem doing something while in communication with another faction and it messed up. I don't remember the details, only that I've told myself never to do it again.
