Okay, my local DNS server has updated the server location... I worked in an office over the summer when they did this to the Mail server. It, er, drove the workers nuts.

I'm not having any technical difficulties, just a few cosmetic problems. The widths of the colums on the main page are screwed up (the right column is wider than the left one. It should be the other way around). The lists of threads in each forum are currently only about half as wide as my browser window.
You may consider it a very good sign that I don't have anything more important than this to complain about.

Will the URL eventually work without the "www" prefix (as in just apolyton.net) like it used to?
<img src=/forums/"/images/blue1.gif" width=100% height=1></font></td></tr></table></center>we hope so....

Nobody can Access the forum through the main page! So now we must communicate our PBEM via email. For some reason we just cant post a reply. Also EVERY link the front page, does not work.Ads, Icons, Pictures, links all load at snails pace. None of the sub sections (CTP-Civ2) appear to even work. A screen pops up saying "Unable to find page" and stuff. Anyay hope you fix the problem!

Can somebody please fix the civ 2 multiplayer forum? I can't reply to threads older than the upgrade and we need those threads for ongoing games.

On 800x600, IE5, threads are about twice as wide as my screen. It requires constant horizontal scrolling to read a thread. Ugh!
<img src=/forums/"/images/blue1.gif" width=100% height=1></font></td></tr></table></center>you are probably seeing a "apolyton.net" thread. this will be solved when "apolyton.net" start working again...

I tried to delete a private message, and got the following screen
<img src=/forums/"/images/blue1.gif" width=100% height=1></font></td></tr></table></center>try again now
it should be corrected

Unable to edit or reply to posts in the civ II strategy forum.
Above is for pre-upgrade posts! I just tried replying to one of the new posts, and that worked fine.

This didn't happen yesterday (at home) but it is today (at work), both machines are running IE 5.5.
When I am on the forum main page the little yellow light bulb is lit for most forums, and they won't unlight no matter how many times I hit refresh. When I go into a forum the folder icons are pink indicating unread messages and these can't be updated either.
Trying to fix the problem I hit the "delete all cookies" link on the preferences page, unfortunately, this did not help.

1) <U>"]" javascript error</u>: unrelated to the server upgrade, cause by the news script. it was just resolved
2) <U>problem with red folder icons</u>: close your browser, go to your cookies folder and delete all cookie files with "ubb" in their names
