I hope I look better in the painting than I do in my avatar. |
A photograph is made quickly. You shake hands, flash, and you can go on with the ceremony.
A pinting takes a bit longer. You shake hands, and keep shaking hands. An hour passes and another one and when a few hours have passed, the painter walks away takes a look, compares you with the painting and then say's "perfect". "Thank you, mr. Beta, thank you your excellency, you can both go on now." But you are so tired of shaking hands, that teh =second halfdd of the ceremony has to be postponed to the day after so you can both rest out from having posed for a painting.
How can you solve this and spare any future ministers and consuls this introductionary torture session?
Make sure you research as fast as possible towards the middle of the industrial age when photography musht have been invented.
Have a pleasant holiday newly appointed minister Beta and consul Kloreep
