Obviously, MarkG is aware of the problem since he has posted to this thread.

However, a thread is not the best way to get at the problem. Sean should contact MarkG or DanQ direct so he can specifically explain the problem he is having... is he getting an error message, and if so, what does it say.
Is he using the right URL... whatever.
That would probably solve the problem faster than posting threads in the OTF about the subject

I've had the problem on and off. I think the problem is with the provider IHUG. Is that the provider he's with Beserker?
