I think lethal land bombardment on Bombers in C3C is too much. Realistically, there's no way you could entirely empty a major city of defenders by conventional bombing, and I find it rather unbalancing in-game.

You still get people complaining that Arty is too weak. Some people are just too blind to see the light.

There is two sides to the issue of course but at this strategic scale, I have a tendency to agree with you.

With reguards to game play, Im not sure if I agree or not...
