	Little AoE:C help please Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

I have reinstalled this baby after years on the shelf, and I want to play on the net, but unfortunately I cannot join a multiplayer game. Each time I get to the 'setting up multiplayer game' screen I get an 'unable to join game' message. What to do?

Moreover, every menu screen, whether I launch in single player, or with 7 other players in this stupid MSNZone, is one resolution too small and very wavy. Ahhhh.

I only play AOE, not AOE2 (AOK) and i only play SP.

Sure, this game is great.
Well just turn your screen resolution at the highest in your AoK settings.. what's the problem with that?

Perhaps you have an older version of AoK and might need to patch it to the most recent version (1.0 C ?)

Btw are you connecting a game via AoK directly or via the Zone? If you're connecting on ip in AoK be sure you selected TCP/IP for internet directplay..

I don't really know myself either. I've never managed to install the Zone on my comp (it always crashes during installation) so I play it a few times in LAN.. and besides I have a copied version so I reckon I can't enter today's patched up games
