One last little issue before we play the turn (and I should've posted this before but frankly, I've been sick for the past week and the last two days have been the wost)
There are two ideas floating around about where to move our caravel stack (Group A) this turn.
1) Move it 6-6-6
This moves it clearly inside GWT territory in their view. From here, the caravels have the possibility of landing in 9 different tiles next turn. Granted, we have to cross our fingers that they will not be able to cover all those tiles but as long as we can land anywhere, preferrably around Balken, then we'll be in good shape to attempt to trash the FP.
This strategy is based on two BIG assumptions which are unfortunately out of our control:
1) that there'll be a clear landing zone next turn.
2) that we'll survive a very likely Ansar counterattack.
3) that there'll be hardly any way to land the more we delay
Advocates: Master Zen, Togas
2) Hide the fleet until we find a spot
This will not allow GWT to know our full strength (unless of course they spotted it all already) which will make it less likely to defend every tile in the Ruhr perimiter. With CFC's landing in 2 turns, perhaps GWT will divert attention and leave some part of the area clear. Under this strategy we should be able to land anywhere around the Ruhr even if it means landing up north and slogging our way down.

I can't see anything we do outside of successfully landing our army influencing the other theater.
Frankly, I wouldn't be suprised if CFC were busted on their play as well.
I vote 1, just for kicks. make them react to us. sure there is an excellent chance that:
1) no LZ, thus humiliating us
or
2) That extra turn was all they needed to pull back another 20 ansars to the area and our force is annhilated.

With the 9-9-8 move we can land our stack on two tiles (N and NE of Balkan) the next turn, assuming that our other first caravel moves North next turn to see if those tiles are unit free. Otherwise, our fleet could sail North one turn more, remaining unseen for GWT, while the second caravel moves South to divert the GWT forces.
I think the more we sail North, the more we have chances to land, but naturally only one or two turns more. Otherwise, the best choice is probably finally return home.
I don't remember : what about our reinforcements ? Have we other caravels and units ready to go towards the GTW lands ? If not, we must strike in maximum two turns, otherwise it would be suicide.
