Each Civilization will start with 1 warrior, 3 workers and 5 settlers

Points of Order

Here we will have the various administrators points of order and any actual rulings that may be required

1. People will play their turn within [to be determined] hours, and post on the thread that the save has been forwarded.

1.1 Notice can be given that the player will be unavailable.

1.2 If no notice is given and [to be determined] hours pass, the administrator can step in and either:
1.2a play your turn or
1.2b erase your Civilization

2.0 send saves in this format: "Sundowners, To Masuro, 4000BC.SAV"

3.0 No war for 20 turns

5.0 Happy Barbarian Hunting

Just a thought....if we're each starting with 5 settlers, 3 workers and only 1 warrior, should we also impose a "no-attacking" condition for the first 20 to 40 turns?

yeap, no attacking for 20 turns sounds good. Lets everyone get their settlers settled, their workers working, and their warrior wandering. No point in someone being buggered before they even start.
