If the Morgans have Prog Psych already, then we're too late to have it ourself. They probably started AdapEcon already now, and we're stuck with the Doc:Mob/Doc:Flex deal.

The only way out of this is then that we acquire Doc:mob from Gaians, infiltratre and steal Doc:Flex from the Hive or receive it from the Spartans to honor the deal with the Gaians and switch doc:mob to adapecon when we have it.

We need to check further possibilities. Getting Adaptive Economics as soon as possible seems an important issue. Will Gaians agree, if needed, to delay obtaining Doc: Flex? What is the chance we will extract Flexibility from Hive? They probably have many techs we do not posses yet

IF we acquire doc:flex and doc:mob from Spartans, the Gaian trade is in all essence off. Technically they won't have a leg to stand upon. However, I do think we should somehow offer it to them as soon as an embargo is finished.

Do you mean, that Morgans may not research Adaptive Economics now?

Also, the same way as we were not offered Adaptive Economics after Progenitor Psych, Morgans might face the same situation.

Our friends the Spartans have acquired Progeniture Psych.

But there is now a race on between them, the Hive and Uni (I think) to build the Command Nexus.

Spartans have Command Nexus. I think it is instabuilt.
It is interesting that they have Progenitor Psych. Is it possible they have Adaptive economics? if they switched in 2148, and got iProg Psych in 2149, that is not probably the case. I have to check it for sure

Ok, it's updated as of 2156.
There is new info pertaining to number of tech we know they have, and estimated number they have. According to what Spartans disclosed, Morganities have just that 15. Spartans 24 - (...we have almost 25...) Spartan info.
So Spartans have 19 we know of, plus some 5 we do not know.

Updated as for 2163, and as you can review it, Both Hive and PK are researchng Doc: Air Power. Thus, if luck helps, we gonna get it around 2170, which is in 7 turns.

If so, we could have the same option, for their top tech is the same as ours.
