There is a similar bug with deleted members. When there was last a spamming spree by someone s/he posted useless threads in most forums then got his/her account deleted and any threads s/he started, but still showed as the most recent poster.
Like the galciv strategy and trade wars shows now, its blobman20, but there is no post inside by him.

I just witnessed a strange last post phenomenon. The last post for the Ahh women thread showed pekka as the last poster at 10:58 while I have posted multiple posts after that, and other people too I think. I tried refresh and it still is not updated.
In the mean while, other threads are updated promptly. Like this post is already in the my thread list as a last post.
[Edit] I realize I only posted one post after that. But it is still strange that it did not get registered.
