To be honest, I don't remember how much I've changed, I did it some time ago.
I fixed some mistakes, and made the scn even harder.
I emphasise: the game is ment for playing Egyptians only.

Ok, I looked at Memluks. Very interesting scenario; great map! good terrain graphics, and I like to see any ancient or medieval scenario.
I agree precisely with Gareth. The city graphics are very good, though they tend to be a bit isometric, but my feeling was that the city, as well as the unit graphics, need to be darker.
When I first looked at it, I thought, "It's that green guy." This is just a small suggestion, but sometimes, a colorful approach is not a bad idea. One can stick to loud primary colors for loud, primary eras, or used more subdued, chromatic hues for more subdued, chromatic times. If you really must go with a monochromatic approach, have you tried some other color besides bright, neon-light-like green?

ehm, if you don't consider I downloaded Mamluks 10 times 
However some civers prefer other historical periods (ww2, roman age, colonization, nowadays times, fictional, future, and so on), but MidleAge will have always its fans !
