	Mod and Authorization PowrZ Support Apolyton or Terrorists Win

I have been meaning to get with MarkG for a while and get this sorted out especially since Donegeal due to RL issues had to become inactive (He was are only "authorizer".)

So currently these four poeple have both Mod and Authorization PowrZ:

Togas
Big Free
Oct_X

Looks good. Ironically, in a PM to Mark and Dan, I just asked who had such powerZ and whether we could get them updated to active posters... No need now.

I imagine Togas will be a good person to have basically permanent authorisation rights, as are you, con. After that at least one or two Consuls should have it (meaning perhaps some changes over time).

As for the ZpellZ, Paddy and I have them also due to having ZpellZ over the main Civ3 DG forum. Paddy doesn't use his (in fact if there were any objections we could get them removed - yet I see no need), and I hope I have proven that when I use them it is requested by a Consul/Minister or thoroughly correct if not yet requested. Not that I can remember using them here at all.

Did you try to link to the authorization page? Im pretty sure you got the authorization powrZ but check to be sure before you PM MarkG.

Yeah, the link worked fine for authorizing..but just not the mod powerz....no biggie though. I'm sure we have enough people who can do the required tasks.
