No... plus members have to follow the same rules as everybody else. While they get many extra features, and it is highly recommended that you sign up... the rules are still the rules.

Nahhhh... the rules are still the rules. The MANY, MANY, MANY extra bennifits are more than enough of a reason to sign up

And on a side note, plus members have been restricted for rules violations

AFAIK there is no definitive list. That way people could say "Well calling Ming a ****** **** ****** isn't on the list".

You can, but you can't attach things, nor is it a great interface -- no offense to the great programmers we have, but it's not intended for any sort of advanced functions, just basically to let you send a short message to someone. I'm suggesting actually sending someone a direct email ...
