	Social Projects- a very interesting idea Support Apolyton, buy GURPS/ Alpha Centauri

Okay, everone is familier with wonders and secret projects right? Well I still see there is room for such things, but I'd like to add something called social projects. The idea is this, one nation researches a social project like...television. The first nation to discover this would pay alot but get quite a few benefits. Then it would cost less for the next nation to get it but they would get less benefits. This would go on til four when all after four will be the same, low, cost (the amount of benefit/cost levels would be differant for differant technologies and it would depend on how many differant nations are in the game). The system makes sence, look at the US where television first took off in, it still is the largest television "power" in the world. This would add a new strategy to the idea of wonders because you might not want the benefits that much so choose to wait until the price goes down. I see questions like the UN being a wonder sovle-able through this system. Anythoughts?
