Scenario Increase the size of your Attachments

I have the french version of civ3 + extensions.

Yesterday, i tried the barbarossa mod which is in english.

How is it possible to run english scenario with french version, i've got an error message when loading

the game is looking for file settler.ini (for example), but in my french configuration it's colon.ini
