FPS: Giants, No One Lives Forever 1 & 2; Max Payne (also xbox).
Strat: Medieval Total War.
RPGs: Morrowind(also Xbox)
Sports: MVP 2004 (All systems), ESPN Football 2005
Misc: Fusion Frenzy(xbox) with friends - a bunch of mini games.

Its a tetris type game but japanese and kind of really cool when you understand what is going on
you can find it at the place that has no name on these forums.

Any of the Tony Hawks Pro Skateboarding series are great (well, 2 and up at least). Amazing, immersive environments, fun tasks, great control.
