Okay, so I broke down and rejoined. My new char (Grog and company are gone, apparently) is Rurik Swifthammer. Since Seal Clubbers are cheese anyways, I decided to go with a variant restriction here-- no non-bludgeoning weapons. That is, any weapons other than clubs, hammers, and staves are off-limits.

He just now hit level 3, so let him into the clan damnit.

Oh, I make everything that the stuff I have permits me to make. Pink ponies, fuzzbumps, martinis, whiskey sours... What usually breaks the poor bartender, though, is when I make him mix 50+ bloody beers, like I did just now.

Yeah, but that's more than tomatoes and ice-cold beers are worth. I do this every time I hit over 200 ice-cold beers in my closet. It's nice for fast MP regeneration, too. I don't like to waste adventures on resting.

BTW, speaking of beers... How is Willer better than Sir Schlitz?

Yup. I love my whelp. He has twice as many kills as all of my other familiars combined. Although I just got the starfish the other day, and he's awesome too.

Why would I want that? I could net 40+ minor attribute points with my badass volleyball in tow a turn fighting in the Hole in the Sky, while 1K doesn't buy me a Hell Ramen anymore.

Also, I managed to get a tomato daquiri when my bartender exploded for the second time today. Hooray!
