I decline, I hardly have enough time to do the Deputy MOI/ Ambassador duties, which for all practical purposes right now Im the only one. Togas is pretty busy at the C3C IDG.

Ands it is only complicated by the fact that as of right now, Ill be in Naples from the first weekend in October thru the fourth, and I dont have a clue how much internet access Ill have when I get there.

So doubly not a good time for me.

I thought the idea was for the fill in consul to take over until the end MZs would be three month term?? Either way, Anybody can start a CoC...
