Giants must be a terrible team if they can witness an utter implosion by the 'skins and only walk away with a 6 point lead at the end. After that debacle I'd expect 20 or points to seperate the two. What a crap fest.

On the plus side, my Lions won. I just wish I was watching that game instead of the POS I did watch.

We played very well in the first half, started to show weakness in the 3rd quarted, and then things just totally collapsed.

Some of our play calling seemed pretty questionable, too. You simply can't go 0-3 on 4th down conversions and expect to win... a couple of those probably should have been field goals at least.

The Falcons defense seemed pretty good today - four sacks off of Orlando Pace and the Rams. Combine that with the 3 off San Francisco last week and we might be looking at a pretty good defensive line.

The key to the Bears win was cutting down on the turnovers and penalties. They had just two of each.

They also took the ball away from Greenbay, including that Urlacher-forced fumble near their own goal line that Brown ran back 95 yards.

The Greenbay passing game looks really bad this year. If you can stop Green, or at least slow him down, Greenbay looks really weak on offense. I think Greenbay will have a hard time winning 9 games.

Bad news: Brown is out for the season. Achilles tendon.

This time Mora came with a gameplan for the entire game. Last week it seemed the Falcons just packed it in for the 2nd half. This time they came to play and Vick was OUTSTANDING, especially the drive right before half-time. This time he decided to run as well as pass (showing he could function as a pure pocket passer in the 1st half of last week's game).

The man is the greatest weapon in the game.

Seriously, though, Detroit beat Chicago in Chicago, which we have found out is not as totally an abysmal team as we thought. Both Atlanta and Detroit were pretty bad last year.
