Should a veteran PBEM'er play only Veterans? Increase Your PM Length

If most veterans are too busy and a player wants to play should they take on a game with a newbie and if so should they allow the newbie slacck to the point that the newbie thinks he is winning?

Should the Vet try to teach a newbie?

Should the veteran just play and have fun having plucked his money down for the game and frick what others think?

(Great option!)
