I got this yesterday and really want to play it but will have to wait til tomorrow most likely.

Anyone else got it yet?

Let me know what you think. I've been trying to find the original but if version 2 is out I'd rather get that instead.

Okay, its really great. Good update from PR 1.

You can take and annex towns, you get land grants from EACH of the four European powers (Dutch, English, French, and Spanish) to build your own towns (they give you a small plot of land and give you more land grants to expand it the more you do for them. And those towns can be built up to be significant cities which even the AI accounts for.

Events you do affect the politics and relations of the nations around you and you can own the business and houses in the towns. Pretty good so far. Graphics are great, not only do you see the waves in the water but they REFLECT your ship off it.
