Where should the saved game folders be? Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

My MOO3 is now so heavily MODded, it won't allow me to save games, say when I am halfway through a sitrep to carry on another session. I suspect that is because the savegame files folder is in the wrong place, unless there is another reason? Can anyone advise?

I really don't know...you should post this on the Atari forums...the MOO3 boards are still very active over there and there are a lot of people with HUGE knowledge.
