hi, i need help fixing, or changing the deposed rule, the civilization gives us the posibility to customize the rules, wich i consider great, in comparation with other games, some rules like the coruuption rule wich in the first edition oof the game was extremly high, or the rule of nuclear plant's meltdown, wich explode a half of my citys in 2 turns, are wrong.
i think that changing rules is not cheating, because the rules are valid for every civilization, human or not.
so, im not sure about the deposed rule, and i wont to change it, i wont to know if somone know's how. so i thank u for helping me

You can turn off "culture flips" when you start the game (when you can change victory conditions, etc.). Once you have started the game, the best way to avoid culture flipping is by having more culture (overall, not just a particular city).
Unhappy citizens increase the chance of a flip, as do having citizens of the opposing civ in the city. The number of opposing civ's territory within the 2-tile radius of the city increases it. WLTKD decreases it, as does having a lot of units in the city (but if it DOES flip, you lose them all, so most prefer a small garrison). Relative distance to the opposing capitals has a substantial effect.
As soon as you capture a city, build a temple or library in the city ASAP to expand its borders. If I do not have a lot more culture than the former owners of a city I have just taken, I may starve the city down to 3 or even 1 citizen.
Personally, I find the best way to cope is to just put a city that flipped from me as something that just "happened". I have lost an Army to culture flips multiple times (but not in the same game). Besides, when you have more culture than the other civs, it is more likely that cities will be flipping TO YOU!
