While we are talking about the search function, I have another question. How does one search for something in a private forum?

A limited access forum...usually used for democracy game teams as you don't want everyone being able to see your plans for world conquest.

There is also the mods-only private forum which I missed my one chance to peruse a while back by being nice.

Well I was just trying to subtly suggest that perhaps the search function should be enabled for private forums. Just think about the huge amount of spamsposts in the ACDG Hive forum last time. How is anybody supposed to be able to find anything?

The time committment seems too much for me. Right now, I can squeeze in 15 minutes daily for my PBEMs. I don't know about a sustained committment...

Then again, my head is still hurting from the rules of the $minigame ...

The $Minigame? We can cut that back to what it was once and make it fun, not hard work.

HH - yeah, I often want to search private forums too, but - Paddy - you can't even if you are a member of it. I could search the private forums of the new ACDG game, but that was a bug. I was ecstatic, as I thought this meant you could search private forums, but for some reason to me and me alone they appeared as public forums.

This would be a very badly needed and very very neat improvement on the current features at some point though.

Hmm... I have to decide whether to renew my Plus subscription sometime...

No, I reported that ages ago and it was fixed. It only happened right before everyone's first turn, from memory.
