	Continued tech trading with GoW? Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

It's been mentioned a couple of times before, so let's start this again and have some decision on it. Do we want to trade techs with GoW, and possibly with ND later? We've got radio right now, and should have computers soon. Radio could be sold right now, which would also pacify GoW's mind... they must have spotted we've got it, and wondering why we don't share. Possibly, they're researching it themselves too.

Whatever happens, I would at this instance not accept credit payments from GoW. They can buy radio from us, but with instant cash, not a far promise of a future tech. Computers the same: if we could swap it for e.g. rocketry: fine. But I would strongly oppose us giving computers to them now, for the promise of rocketry in 10 turns.

In ten turns, we might well be at war with GoW if the Lego campaign starts going well.

OTOH we'll have to do some trading, if we can. What we don't want (assuming the war vs Lego goes well), is to end up with a GAUGS, with ND and GoW trading techs and outpacing us to the spaceship - both of them accepting a 50/50 chance of winnig in return for getting rid of us.
