Elections Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations: Deluxe Edition

I think we need to hold elections. The previous poll held off the elections until October 10th.

Announce you candidacy here for any position. We most need a Premier, of course, but we also need Ministers. Declare for any position and let's see what positions we can fill.

OK, given that Ben Kenobi has bowed out for now and no one has offerred to run, I place my name in consideration for the position of Premier. I've caught up with things for a while.

Surely a few people can serve as Ministers... We will most need Ministers of War, Science, and City-Planner.
