I can't build capitalization in any of my cities, though i have economics, banks, brokerages, you name it. I can put it in a custom queue, but it won't load into the build box. How does this work?

You sure you had Global Economics or only Economics? You need the former to use capitalization.

ohhhhh....i suppose that explains it. The GL says economics...must have misread. What about infrastructure? i can find the enabling advance for that in the GL.

It's not uncommon foer the GL to be wrong. Capitalizaton was at Economics in ctp1 so maybe its something they just missed.
Infrastructure comes at Mass Production.

thanks...after some more searching, i found an unhyperlinked reference to infrastructure in the mass productioin entry. Glad to have clearded that up
