Tourist attractions Support Apolyton or Terrorists Win

When the game counts the years required for a wonder to become a tourist attraction, does it consider, in the case of a captured wonder, the year of construction or the year of capture?

I'm sure its the year of construction. Many times have I captured the Pyramids, and seen the little piles of gold they are producing in the lower left of the city screen.
