I was rather thinking of spinning something completely different blending stuff from many of his works, because the only one I've ever actually read is Hamlet. Due to education and civilization, I am familiar with aspects from many of his works (Othello, King Lear, A Midsummer Night's Dream, R&J of course, Hamlet, Macbeth, The Tempest, Titus Andronicus, Julius Caesar come to mind). Also, I can't be arsed to write in Shakespearian English, so I'd rather just use familiar plot and character elements.

It's not quite the same. There are 10 (or sometimes slight variations) because there are 5 (pentameter) iambs, each consisting of a weak and strong syllable. It's the meter that's most important.

Sad to admit, I could probably write a Mafia game in iambic pentameter, and with period language to boot, but I am afraid that I just don't have the time to do it at the moment.
