I am not sure if there are 1 or 2 vampires left. I think we definitely got one. I think we got the main Vampire Kassiopeia. I will be voting to kill 2 people this round. (For Hallowe'en)
Tacticus and another. Tacticus didn't vote because ( I think) he thought the outcome wouldn't effect him (being a vampire) and so tried to allay suspicion. Also why didn't his security camera's pick up myself knocking on Kass's door or Kass or any other vampires roaming around. Well because he is a vampire himself. No porridge for you any more Mr Tacticus.
But now I am wondering who is the remaining vampire (if there are 3 left I am doomed).
I am marginally convinced by Nikolai's enthusiasm at us getting a vampire so I 'll vote for the historian Gunner whose excellent rhapsodies (Bohemian) have become increasingly otherworldly. A sure sign.
This stance doesn't pose a problem for a non vampire: vote 2 people end of story but it does pose a problem for a vampire.
Voting for one prolongs affairs. (what happens again if there is a tie)
Hercules goes to the kitchen to set the table for two people for breakfast. Kippers and toast for starters followed by a wholehearted Ulster fry with potato bread, pancakes and soda bread. Ok A jug of Orange juice in place of Grapefruit juice and a fine pot of Yorkshire Brew tea. Bah Softies

I am outraged at these suggestions! If I were a vampire, do you think you would still be alive, Shogun? You would have been silenced the moment you drove that sword into the table and I found you fingerprints on the hilt! Instead, you remain alive, forever pointing a finger at me, while our numbers dwindle. What does this indicate? It indicates that you are the vampire! Kill him! Kill him now!
Having said that, I think he may be on to something regarding Hercules (if unwittingly). Our chef seems to be curiously intent o discrediting my security set-up, to the point of inventing incidents of it's failure. Moreover, what better excuse to be away from everybody else than cooking? It's not like any of us are about to hang around the kitchens watching him, after all.

It was almost mid-night. Chef Hercules finished the chores at the kitchen. At least my work load is getting considerably lighter. He simpered to himself. He looked out from the window toward the river. Mr. Gunner was not there any more. He had been kneeling in front of the river ever since they killed Smiley and Kassiopeia. Hercules wondered what he had been thinking. That was where Reyia waited for her vampire lover two hundred years ago wasn’t it … Hercules walked toward the direction of the guest rooms.
The hallway was dark and quiet. He could hear his own footsteps. … It was becoming kind of chilly … A little current of air coiled around his neck … Somebody was following him. Mr. Gunner turned around sharply, and met a pair of glimmering eyes. A scream was heard almost at the same moment as the cat sprinted away scared with a loud meow. “Whew! It was only Felix. I wonder why Hercules hasn’t been taken care of him … ” He comforted himself, trying to calm down his still rapidly racing heart while walking hurriedly to his room.
Hercules knocked on Mr. Tacticus’ door. Nobody answered. The hallway was unnaturally quiet. Hercules knocked again. Still no answer. Pondering, Hercules started to head back. Just as he was turning around, the door behind him cracked open with a squeal. Standing behind the door was Mr. Tacticus, looking at him warily. “Erm, I was thinking, perhaps you wouldn’t mind if we keep each other accompany for tonight?” Hercules said uncertainly. Mr. Tacticus looked at him for another long minute, as if debating whether he could be trusted. Then he suddenly moved back a step, letting Hercules into the room.
