	Talents max out? Get a bigger avatar today!

I have been playing a Gaian SP game to better familiarize myself with their style of play for the ACDG. I have a size 11 city that has maxed out at 5 talents and wont increase even after setting Pysch to 100% or turning workers into empaths.

Is there something that caps the amount of talents you can have, or am I experiencing an "undocumented feature"?

	Increase Your PM Length

The maximum amount of Psych a city can benefit from is 2*size. Bureaucracy drones can really destroy any chance at golden ages.

Bingo. That would be the problem. I am ICS'ed across half the map, with plenty of B-drones to spare. And that is with a +6 Efficiency. Guess it is time to start condenser farming specialists.

Thanks for the info.....speaking for which, is that from the manual, or is this something you all just caught onto?

I think its something I caught onto. I experienced it myself. I think its rather intentional: it increases the value of the HGP, or Clinical Immortality, and facilities like Paradise Garden, or any reducing the effects of Psych powering strategies with Wealth.

I don't know if building a Paradise Garden or the like is worth a golden age, but at least the option is there.
