	Game Year? Increase Your PM Length

I was wondering if there's a way to change the game year like in the cheats menu of CivII? Like if you're in the 19th century and you don't want to go past that age, is there a way to freeze time or at least halt scientific development?

Yes, that's an easy mod in the editor.

You can change what year the game starts, the amount of time a turn represents, removal of science techs as a selectable choices.

Bottom line, it seems that you can do what you want if you use the editor.

Ah that's cool. But you can't do that with a savegame or with the custom games right? Only if it's a scenario?
