Anyway, I doubt that the aforementioned intimidation has been organized or permitted by Democratic officials. |
Actually, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if DP officials were using whatever legal tricks they could to minimize GOP voters. Neither party has any respect for the voters themselves. They think they own the system, that they have more right to it than we do. Both parties disgust me deeply. I think voter intimidation should be illegal.
Another problem is using absentee ballots to engage in ballot stuffing. Over 700,000 absentee ballots were cast in Florida in the 2000 election. Of those, the Dems tried to challenge about 3,000, which were blatently illegal. The GOP attacked the Dems by saying they were trying to take away military personals' right to vote. So the Dem's backed off. Since the ballots weren't challenged, they counted.
Two things occured here. Illegal ballot stuffing and legal tricks. The GOP attacks were perfectly legal. Granted, there were for an illegal end, but they ere legal. The Democrats did not have to back down. They did so of their own accord.
If you're in a line full of obvious Kerry supportes trying to vote early and they ask you for whom you intend to vote, you can lie, and tell them Kerry, then vote for Bush, Badnarik, Nader, etc. You are not compelled to tell them the truth. Nor do they stop you from voting. As disgusting as it is, it involves a choice on your part.

If Democrats are so squeeky clean why are they pushing in Ohio, Florida, and Michigan that voters be allowed to vote even in the wrong precinct as long as it's in their county? That means they can go vote multiple times. Somehow I don't believe it's to stop voter "disenfranchisement", their favorite word. Luckily Florida slapped that **** down, and the ruling by the Clinton judge in Ohio got overturned. I don't see Republicans pushing for the ability to vote multiple times. Also it looks like in Michigan an appeals court is going to possibly overturn the same thing.
And if this isn't cheating I don't know what is. read the last page about "pre-empting" http://www.gop.com/media/DNCGuide3.pdf
And here is a link detailing all the voter fraud by demoncrats

You just read want you want to read, don't you?

Here in Florida they recently changed the location of my polling place. It used to be in a very easy to find location. Now it's in an out of the way hotel hidden behind a golf course. Fortunately, I made an effort to locate it so I'll be able to vote. It would have really sucked if I'd gone to the place I've gone to for every other election only to find out my vote doesn't count.

But it only counts once. After the election officials go through all the provisional votes, they'll see that people have voted multiple times, and the multiple votes will be discounted. In addition, that voter will likely be charged with a crime.

You can't vote, so who really cares what you think?
Last minute changing of polling places is a typical dirty trick that can be pulled in order to reduce voter turnout. Say officials in Democratic Pinellas County decide that they want to reduce the number of Republicans able to vote. In typical GOP precincts, they simply move the polling stations around, and people show up to vote in the wrong place, their votes don't count. A few thousand confused Republicans and suddenly Florida goes to Kerry. But I guess you don't care about that.

Yes and we all know how democrats are so moral and honest that they never count votes twice. Give me a break. Democratic cheating has been so well documented I'm not sure how you can even make a case against it. They cheated in the last election and still lost.

Wrong *****. I already voted, in fact I voted a week ago. Guess who I voted for? Stupid commie. And you're wrong about Republicans, we don't get confused. I live in Pinellas county and you can bet we make damn sure to know exactly where our precincts are. You see we believe in this thing called responsibility for your actions. We don't contest the election and then say the ballot system was too complicated (amusing since the butterfly ballot was created by Demoncrats). Save the confusion for the elderly the Democrats march out and say were "disenfranchised and confused". Face it, you're going to lose and there's nothing you can do about it.

quote: I only got an address. I live in a very confusing part of town, where we have five streets with extremely similar names: Baymeadows Rd, Old Baymeadows Rd. Baymeadows Way, Baymeadows Circle East, and Baymeadows Circle West. They all intersect, too. |
Funny, I used to live in Jacksonville when I went to UNF. I never had a problem figuring things out. In fact I had friends that lived in Baymeadows apartments.
