OK I know some of you are wondering what ever happend to Civstock and what happened to me also. Without getting into alot of details I had some personal things come up and it was cancelled. I would like to apologize to all that were coming to it. My personal problems took presidence over Civstock. If some are pissed off at me then I'm sorry. I had thought to just forget civ and hide out.....lol....but that i can not do. I have talked to a couple of the people involved and got it straigtened out but some I have not. So this is my all out agology to you all. I am wanting to get back into civ so I figured this would be my first step in it. Once again I apologize to you one and all.

Well, I was pissed at first when the whole situation went down. But lets face it, everyone has personal issues that get in the way with things and everybody has made mistakes. I know one of the hardest things to do is admit your mistakes and apologize in a public forum. And sometimes the second hardest thing is to accept those apologies and forgive. Granted, I didn't take days off work and buy airplane tickets, so it may be a little easier for me. But the way I see it, Dan's basically a good guy who went thru some really bad times and I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and leave it that.

Dank.... I was very mad and dissapointed on the way you handled the situation. I took time off from work and had funds invested in food and treats as well. It is not a matter of forgivness BUT trust. The trust is lost so this rules out any future get togethers BUT I respect you for posting an apology. I know this had to take courage. Personally I think you should have placed a phone called us ALL and apologized because that would have meant more. I have NO problem playing civ with you in the future if you want. Send me an ICQ because I deleted you after all this went down because I was mad.

Understandable Jon but I never had your phone number and you and Joe are the only ones I have not talked to. I've talked to Eric and Bob and they know the real reason behind it all and I think Joe knows also. If you knew you might understand also but I WILL NOT post the reason here. But I do respect what you are saying and I will contact you in the future and I may even tell you the reason behind it all.

Dank... Thanks for the kind words. This will be the last I say about the whole event. There was only 5 of us going so it would not have been difficult to obtain important info like phone numbers and addreses. I have such info on Eric, Joe and YOU and I was not evening hosting. Eric calls me alot so we can play and set up games. Bottom line you did not try or was not willing. Now with that said I'm aware of some of your problems and I'm truely sorry about them. I know such issues can be over whelming. I just hope you got help and are on the right path.

Fair enough Jon but remember that second had information can sometimes be confusing. I'm sure you have the jist of it all though. I am on the right path now and I will stay upon it. Yes it was wrong of me not to contact you and for that I truely apoligize. But I thought I told Eric about them a coulpe of days before hand grantie I may not have because at the time I was, how can I say this, in my right mind I guess. But all is good now and thank you.
