yeah

actually:
7 settlers
6 workers
5 swordsmen

that will allow plenty of configurations etc to get the civs upto speed very quickly

and the save was sent to Andy 1.5 hours ago

Are there a few problems with this game?

First of all, I can see the starting positions of the other clans.

Second, are these start positions random? Mine two starting positions are.... well, how should I say.... very interesting. Not bad, just very interesting.

Third, the diplo screen shows that we have all already met each other.

There may be other undiscovered surprises.

Is that what those things were. I had 2 dots on my minimap - it didn't occur to me that they were other start positions. Shogun could you see everyone's start position?

That's what I saw, four dots -- a somewhat greyed out city center - not a colorful city radius. I assumed those to be start positions, but perhaps I should send all my swordsmen guys and kamaikaze daimyo over to check out the closest one

embassies are turned on

surely the Emperor has introduced you
