Oh well.

Here are the dommestic orders....

1) wait til the end of anarchy, then build everything.
2) prevent the workers from getting captured. Any that the MOW requests for the war effort are to be alloted to his control, except keep working on connecting the extra wines with as much workforce as possible.

The bastards destroyed Shah. Their lone spear is in retreat. We can take him out with our horses if we don't want him to go and retreat and fortefy someplace that will make him tough to take out.

I also suggest we send an archer (phobos2) to city w/o a name. THis will allow us to help destroy it along with their little warrior, and will give us a bit more warning in case PAL is up to no good.

I don't know if taking that worker will cause a GA if we do it with a hoplite, so JUST DON"T DO IT PLEASE.

PAL didn't send us any techs this turn. No big deal, but I sent them some reminders in teh joint forum.

Suffering from ads?

We can attack the worker with a Hoplite if we choose to. That doesn't count as a military victory. We need all the workers we can get, I'm surprised CDG didn't just disband him.

Send a horseman to kill that spear while he's out in the open!

With Shaz in ruin, we definately need to send Stack 2 towards Minnesota, and march Stack 1 in the direction of Possum. They'll disband Possum, so we should approach it from the north and then move on Zari.

Let's move Perseus back and upgrade him to a sword.

I'm not sure we should send Phobos2 alone to CWAN. He's not going to do much good on his own, but I suppose we can keep CDG pinned down? I'd rather see PAL take it down, but they're sticking to the SOD style of play.

Well CDG has at least settled one thing - there's no point to combining the two stacks now, and in fact we would be needlessly exposing ourselves to any damage they were capable of inflicting by concentrating slowmoving forces in one place.

Ya, lets move our pittiful navy to them, so if they do try and make a break for it, we will attempt to intercept. I would hold on that upgade. It is NOT needed now, and if we need to rush a galley to intercept CDG we will have the gold to do so. Besides, we will be in a sever deficit if we do not go into a GA, so why spend money to upgrade and then have to disband him shortly anyways.
No, bets not to upgrade. Use him to protect one of our home cities if you don't want to bring him along.

GK, your point is well made (reminded actually, as I think you made it earlier!). We should station Perseus in a Barracksed city READY to upgrade if needed, but I hardly think we will, and certainly not now, when the money is better left in the bank.

Turn played in chat at 0640GMT

Present in the chatroom with me were:

Togas, Kloreep (active at least some of the time)

Arnelos, BigFree|away, E_T_has_voted_now_Idle (all idling)

Unit movements

Navy
AS Pelagia 6-3 Heading for the coastal cities of CDG to head off any Galleys they may build in an attempt to escape.
AS Nerissa 6-6 Same as the Pelagia
AS Kitchen Sink 4-2 Exploring the coast
AS Valiant 3-2 Exploring

CDG Attack Force
Stack 1
Declare war on CDG
Bucephalus 3 attacks CDG exposed Spearman. We WIN with 1hp lost. No further CDG units spotted. Possumopolis is undefended!
Hoplite Atlas 9, takes CDG worker as slave
Horseman Paris 9-6 scouting around the stack. Sees a fortified Vet Spear in Minnesota.
Rest of Stack moves 6
Achilles 6, will rejoin rest of the stack next turn
Perseus 7-4 fortify in Naked.

Stack 2
9-6-6. Will move next to Minnesota next turn ready to attack.

Other Military
Anthea 7
Grog 2 - spots Barb camp and Galley.
Pig Sticker fortifies in Hypnos for defense.
Phobos II 9-6 next to CityWithoutAName

Domestic Orders

Workers
Douglas Adams roads on Wines
Sars roads on Wines
Faygo roads (towards Oasis)
New captured CDG slave named Goatse.cx 3
De La Hoya 6 will road the sugar
Fred & Barney 6 will road the sugar
Woodchuck 4-7-7 joins DA and Sars

Notes
PAL Galley sighted at southern of the two islands. It will undoubtedly find the northern one soon and see the hut. This may point out to them why exactly we did not mention the islands before. I will have to mention this to them, and possibly invite them to take the hut when they like, sharing any possible gold or tech (unlikely) spoils with us.

Barb Galley to watch out for near CDG - hopefully it will attack any Galley CDG builds.

The road to PAL has been cut by CDG, so we are no longer supplying PAL with wines. This will of course be reestablished as soon as the link with PAL is.

Posting screenshots now...

Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

Did we send a battle log to CDG?

IF NOT, then we better do so soon

quote:
4.4 - Battle Log

Description: For all combats, teams must submit a log of what units attacked, retreated, died, won, etc. from each battle on that turn to the team they attacked. This includes the capture of units and cities.

Verdict: Failure to email a log to the game staff of all combat actions is a violation of this rule.

Punishment Level: Yellow (Warning), Yellow/Orange (case by case basis)

"BTW CDG, we did not send a battle log this time as all our moves were obvious and still visible to you. Per request of your team, we can easily generate an official Battle Log for you."

Something like this should work. Feel free to cut and past this one if you like.

I think we better send a battle log

It can be as simple as:

Worker captured by Hoplite Near old Saharazade site

Vet Spear near XXXXXX kiled by Vet Horse. Minimal damage to horse.

I think thats all we did..
