A bunch of doctors, lawyers, CEOs, and Japanese, I could see the corporate types doing it but not the doctors and the lawyers. I don't know if there is a "Japanese" political mindset either so not sure how to judge that.

Yeah that's true

We just opened a brand new retirement home at the top of the hill.

I was jealous because I thought it might be new condos. But it's an assisted living place with one of the best views around.
