	Im sorry but... (Adverts on this site) Support Apolyton or Terrorists Win

Ive been visiting here for a long time, in the times when popup junky adverts where not to be seen here

When they appeared, i was pissed off but could understand (and simply blocked them with popup blockers)

But come on, its going a little too far now with this sorta junk (pic shown in opera, no way of removing advert without clicking it)

IE version is same only u can click a cross in top right in Windows style but actually in HTML and part of the ad. thus having to still click on the damn thing

Firefox blocks all popups and can be configured to block all Flash content as well.

Also, install the Adblock Extenstion to remove or hide all advertising.

Hmm Firefox, ive heard alot about this browser recently and its the main competetor to crappy IE

Opera is really nice though, has mouse gestures too.... ill have to think about that one

Yes, but most of the time my Moderatorship blocks them before my hosts file has a chance to spring into action.

Well, they aren't mutually exclusive. After all, once you support Apolyton and then use Firefox, you don't end up blocking pop-ups from 'poly.

First... nobody is asking you to pay for content. Memberships are meant to support the site. For those who wish to do so, they can, and the owners who have given tons of their time and money into this site appreciate it. For those that don't, the ads help support the site and cost you nothing. To claim you won't support the site through membership is ok... it's not being asked of you.

Nobody really cares what type of protection you have on your personal machine and whether you use a blocker or not... your choice... but to advocate to others in the community forum of this site that they should do so as well and deny the owners of the revenue they need to keep this community going is just being an ass on your part.

Again... your choice on whether to use a blocker or not, but show a little tact and don't discuss it or advocate it here in the community forum.
