This is not some weird total makeover. It's SMAC, but a little better. Closer to what the original progammers probably had in mind. Cool features that you never used are now useable and important!

just make a second directory with the different rules and rename it.you can copy+paste,dont even need to install again

I do it also like that. The only thing I swap is renaming folders.
When hard drive space is abundant, it is the fastest way.
