Scheduled some PTW ISDG time I didn't need much of tonight (yay BF! ), so I spent the rest on updating some city and worker orders.

GK - please have a quick look to check them over. There's nothing controversial, really.

Added in some disband orders.

Forgot to check, but poly will need to add a tax man this turn, else we loose a turn.

Switch research to Literature. Adjust to 30% science and we can get it in about 12 turns and still be making a small profit in gold.

Why are we researching literature and what, if any, concensus do we have with PAL about research?

Can someone in the know fill all of us in?

If we do not have a consensus, is it wise to start researching Literature at this time?

Yes. They will research construction in 3-4 turns. then they start on currency to get us into the next age asap. that will be done in 4 turns. We start on lit now, and we will probably get it in 10 turns (more disbanding necessary, or more cities, or both). Time frame for us is estimated, as we will have lots of growth, shrinkage, new cities, and settler support..... too much to do without a big analysis, and my spreadsheets are 25 turns out of date now.... sorry.

I will have a look and try to come up with limits on the time for this when I get home soon, to delay coming back up to Uni. Shouldn't be too hard.

Actually... we need to get some more city site polled soon. The next one is to the west of Poly (GK's 'Blue' site, IIRC, but after that we have no concrete ideas that aren't centuries old.

I STRONGLY suggest that one of our next 2 settlers go settle the furs. We need another lux bad.
