Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

1. Keep player # down, to start with 4 players moves decently quickly, 6 players slowly, 8 players very slowly (on average). More players = higher chance of a slowdown...

2. Pangea. Definitely.

3. I suggest Random civs.

4. Perhaps even a scenario - those can be fun, and are a lot faster.
