Voting for now.
We're not going to beat out to the Heroic Epic.
Advantages of Imperalism:
1. Extra gold in every tile [already producing some].
2. Greatly reduced corruption / waste, particularly in Southern Italy / Silicy.
3. Cash rushing.
4. No unit support costs
