	What next? Support Apolyton, pre-order Civilization IV

It looks like we are in anarchy, so what to do now?
My imperial plan is
1. Launch an attack on the islands Corsika and Sardina.

2. Settling down in spain for luxuries.

3. Kill any Carthagian found.

4. Kill even more Carthagian.

5. Desecrate the Carthagian graves.

The Celts are in war, but not with us. I plan not to get involved in that war during my regime.

If the switch to Imperialism goes fast, I will throw a Poll on what next to do.

There's allready a citizen accompanied by Trajans army, a garrison and a Leg III on it's way to the spice source in Spain. Allthough the polls where slighly in favour of getting the Celtic spice, this endavour has been undertaken as the strongly requested reinforcement of Noviodunum would otherwise make no sense.

There are no galleys available in the North to enable an attack on the islands. There are a few excess forces on Sicily, they can be stationed on Italy. I highly recommend not to have any troops in ships in the turn of the Carthagenians.

I will not declare war with the Celts during anarchy, this will have to wait for the next emperor.
mcMeadows, what was the plan with the citizen traveling east?
And thanks for the tip on not having troups on the ships, I will follow that.

Jajgef, if it doesn't have an auto-move given to it, I'd recomend settling somewhere that would help fill the gap between our Silk City and the rest of our empire.

I think its time to see if carthage will give up the islands in peace negotiations, if not then do as your first post suggests

Once the Roman populous settles down they will see that this new form of governance suits them better.
