XP File compatibility Support Apolyton, buy Call to Power 2

I am trying to reinstall my Civ2 MGE on a windows XP Machine, but I keep getting an error that the file system isn't compatible with the application. I know that I have installed the game on XP before, so I am a bit confused. Anybody have any ideas what the problem might be?

Could you quote the exact error message?

And did you install the video drivers before starting the Civ install?

Actually, I fixed it. I remember it had something to do with the autoexec.nt file and there is Technet document about how to fix it - so it was a general XP problem, not a Civ problem. Thanks for replying though
